A streamlined student travel enrolment platform designed to simplify registration, payments and trip management while increasing conversion across additional services.
A digital enrolment platform developed for Valua Travel to centralise the entire student registration journey, from entering a school-specific travel code to collecting traveller, parent, medical and allergy information. The experience includes integrated insurance and Valua Languages upselling flows, helping increase adoption of both services before students review their details and complete payment. A passwordless private area also gives students direct access to their active trips, itineraries, registration status, documents and payment issues, creating a clear and continuous experience before departure. All information shown in the following screenshots is entirely fictional and has been created solely to protect the client’s confidential data.
